We have this virus now for about two and a half months, it has infected much of the world. I have been tracking the numbers of infected and deaths, since March. The first death from COVID 19, was on Feb. 24, in Kirkland, Washington. On March, four, C.B.S. reported nine deaths in the United States, as of the time of this writing the count is 89,567.
That is a horrible number, another horrible number is 440,000 a year in an article in the Readers Digest, May 18, 2018, The cause of all of those deaths was from medical errors and infections contracted in the hospitals. I would not check in to the ICU unless I was tested positive and my doctor recommended it.
I saw a report on TV from a study that tested the virus on a number of surfaces, such as wood, plastic etc. wanting to know how long it lasted and what could kill it. They found that direct sunlight was very successful in killing it, also 100% alcohol killed it instantly. I was encouraged and played golf when our Governor lifted some of the restrictions. The sun was shining (western Washington) and I had a great time.
There are many businesses and jobs that could open now, road work is being done already and construction should be easy to start. I will check in with Manchester.
