I feel at this time I should explain my personal faith. How my faith has helped me to deal with my day to day life, giving me courage, peace, success and happiness.
When I was about eight or nine years old, I attended Sunday school with a friend of mine and felt a connection with that Church. I have always felt that there was a Spirit out there, to help me and protect me. At an early age I found prayer a very powerful source for strength and peace.
As I was growing up I was not always close with our Creator and Savior. I did not attend Church on a regular bases, I cussed a lot and broke most of the commandments. I was not a very nice person.
I firmly believe in our Creator (Heavenly Father) by all the evidence around me, the fact that I and all of you exist as human beings is the greatest example. That we have the most complex brain and can communicate with each-other better than the other creatures on this planet, all this in one of the most vulnerable physical bodies, but have the power to dominate all other beings except microbes (that were still working on). We pray for cures on Cancer and others.
The planet is another great example, so far we have not discovered a planet that even comes close to ours in its ability to sustain life of any kind, some of our scientist come up with theories about water on some planets and the moon, they feel if there is water there's life, how about air and oxygen?
How does Darwin explain plants and trees etc. did one tree say to another "gee I like your foliage, can I pollenate with you? we can grow bigger and better."
I also believe in salvation and the hereafter. If life for us ends in the grave then no matter how smart we are, how accomplished we are, lives we saved, ends with the grave? Then this whole existence is a waste of time, fun and happiness is all there is. I feel our Creator loves His-Her creation and wants us to continue on, with Her-Him in a better place with their family and friends the Bible supports this.
