I must apologize for not meeting with the Angel last month. We had family visiting and the preparation took a long time so I didn't have time to get to the boat. I hope Manchester will be there.
During the last three weeks our country has been torn over the Zimmerman trial. The majority of us felt that it was not necessary to shoot Mr. Martin. The Jury, under specific instructions from the Judge on the law, saw it differently.
Many people protested. One instructor at a university in Pennsylvania, Ms. Butler, felt that "God" is a racist. I feel that she is wrong, our Heavenly Father created us all. I felt that this was a good question for the Angel.
When I arrived on the boat Manchester was not there! I felt awful, having stood him up last month. I prayed that I had not lost our connection. Soon there appeared that familiar glow from the cabin. Manchester was there. I asked Manchester about the opinion of Ms. Butler.
"I do not understand your institutions of higher learning! Whom ever made that statement has not read Timothy 4-10 or Titus 2-11 or they didn't understand what was written. It seems clear to me that Christ wants salvation for "ALL MEN!" you like to say human kind. Race is not mentioned at all.
"If you in your world, design and create something you believe to be beautiful and you decide to alter your design from one to another, it does not lessen your pride and love for each of your creations.
"Your Creator loves all of you regardless of race. He carefully designed each beautiful, difference in you, Asian, Indian, Arab, Jew, African, and what you call white, just to list a few, each has been carefully and lovingly created.
"Christ went to the cross for all of human kind. All you need to do is observe the beauty and intelligence in each, if you feel some are receiving a greater blessing than you or your race, take care, your Heavenly Father does not like envy!
"It saddens me that many of you degrade the love and power of your Creator. The African American race I feel is one of the most beautiful intelIigent people of all.
"When many of the oppressive barriers had been lifted, (thanks to the efforts of Dr, King and others),"Blacks" have made great strides in America. Their efforts should not be degraded. There is more to do."
He vanished.
