An Angel on My Boat!
Interview with an Angel

Yes, the weather here in Seattle is still cold and wet. So I'm not going to the boat and I hope the Angel will be willing to see me next month.

 Last month I talked about the power of prayer, so this month I thought I would be a good time to re-address the rules handed down to us in the Bible, the first four rules are for the Israelites, but can apply to us also.

The rules that we could apply for our behavior in our daily lives, are as follows;

Rule five: Honor your father and mother. This rule makes sense if your parents are honorable, trustworthy and sincere in raising you.

Rule six: You shall not kill. This is goes without saying, although there are exceptions such as self-defense and time of war.

Rule seven: You shall not commit adultery, that's obvious.

Rule eight: You shall not steal, no need to dwell on that.

Rule nine: You shall not bear false witness, thats lying that hurts others. simple.

Rule ten: You shall not covet your neighbors house, wife and possessions. To covet other peoples things, success and whatever. To violate this rule will obviously cause you nothing but pain.

To those you can add Christ, rule to love each other. There you have it, simple but when you look at the news and the so-called reality shows on TV you can see where these people have gone wrong, why these people have so much difficulty with their lives.

So try to follow these rules if you are not already and you will see how much better your life will be.

I hope the weather improves next month and may your Heavenly Father be with you.
