During the month of September there have been a couple attacks by Isis. They appear to be preformed by American citizens radicalized by Isis. I don't know how we could protect our selves from these attackers.
I went to the boat and was glad to see Manchester there. I asked him my question.
"As I have stated in the past (interview 75) Islam is a complex religion, most strongly represented in the east, there are Mosques, and cells established throughout the world.
"Most of these Mosques and cells are run by Honorable men, there are a few that are not. your Government feels that the true believers should contact the proper authorities if they feel someone appears to be behaving in a way that does not conform with the peaceful manner that their religion teaches.
"With most Christian societies they attempt to follow the laws of their Churches which usually contain the ten commandments. Following the commandments is not easy for most of you but if a member has shown that they were plotting to cause great harm to anyone they should attempt to talk them out of it and if it appears to fail then they might report the offender to the authorities.
"In your country most police require the person reporting the offender to show some evidence and thats where the problem lies. With a person plotting to murder one or more people it would be very dangerous to gather evidence and could end with the death of the one who gathers the evidence.
"In the case of anyone preaching death to America and your citizens, the FBI and local authorities should and would be interested and may require less evidence.
"America was founded mostly by Christians and your believers and non-believers should help keep America strong.
"Your Heavenly Father blesses all of you."
With that he vanished.
