HAPPY NEW YEAR! Our new insurance company is having trouble getting our home care started. I’'m in charge of my wife'’s care, totally. Our children are helping as much as they can, but at times I get overwhelmed, and I get behind on this blog. I feel that those of you who follow Angel understand, and are forgiving, and I thank you.
There are some reports that came up in the news: one was archeologist that found a group of monuments in Turkey - a little like Stonehenge in England. The other was about recent attacks on Synagogues.
The discovery of the pillars was back in the seventies, but they thought then that the pillars were short markers for graves. Later, in this century, when they dug deeper they found them to be tall and arranged in a pattern! Also the suggested age is much older than Stonehenge.
What I find interesting is human-kind in a search for a deeper meaning to our lives than just existing as the animals. We like to think that we are so superior in our books and research. To think that a large village, searching for the answers to life, would try to find it - by building a large pavilion - to worship whatever there is that is in charge of their destiny. The archeologists felt that the pillars date back to the stone-age, which means the only tools they had were made of stone. There was no history for them to draw from, to put out all that work for something they could not see or hear, amazing.
Now, with all of the evidence of our Creator that we have, it puzzles me why many people can'’t grasp the concept of a super-scientist, (our Heavenly Father) with his team (Angels) creating or transplanting all or most of what we have on this planet. I find belief in a Creator makes more sense than our coming from pond-scum.
As to the attacks on the Synagogues, the men that were charged were the typical “thugs” that I feel are envious of the Jews success in life. I feel that it’ is God's promise to them that blesses their success. We are blessed thru our faith, and I am happy with my blessings.
