This week we have another school shooting. When these crimes happen many of us can’t help feeling that our Creator or his Angels should have stepped in saving at least the children. As I have explained in past interviews that he (our Creator,) or Angels cannot interfere physically in our world”.
It is clear to me that we cannot keep our children and teachers safe simply by taking away guns. The Columbine shooting was not planned to be a shooting, they wanted to blow up the school with bombs made with bottles filled with propane, fortunately they did not work. My point is when crazy and evil people want to injure or kill others they will find a way.
I feel the only way we are going to keep our school children and teachers safe in most situations is to build a 12 ft. chain-link fence around every school in the U. S. they can have a number of entry gates of different sizes, during school hours only one gate would be unlocked with a security person and metal detector at it, that person would have communication with the office which controls all of the gates by remote control in case of a need to evacuate the school in a hurry.
When I was in Long Beach California, with my wife and we were visiting a friend of hers who is a high school teacher there and there was a chain-link fence around her school with one open gate with a guard. At that time the fence was to protect the students from several things one being drugs.
We know it can be done many schools have done it, so now it comes down to cost. One way I thought of was to have businesses donate to the cost and they would be permitted to put up tasteful signs on the fences. They would have a contract for a period to pay for the fence and someone could take over with a contract to maintain it.
As you can see the solution is simple, can it guarantee that no person or persons could still carry off an attack, NO, but It could prevent many.
One other way would be to Federalize all ammunition, and sell it through federal managed stores. No need to consult Manchester on this.
