An Angel on My Boat!

I must apologize for being late with Junes entry, after my RV trip south, it took some time getting everything back in order.

I heard on the news that Stephen Hawking the famous physicist, felt that our planet would not last more than one hundred years! That has me concerned! so I wanted to ask Manchester what he thought about that? I went down to the boat hoping he would be there, after all the time I had been gone and to my great relief he was, so I posed the question.

"No one, not even Stephen Hawking, knows when the earth will end. You can rest assured that the earth as you know it will not end in one hundred years. It took your Creator and his followers (the Angels) billions of years to locate the perfect planet and solar system .(I use the term years for your benefit,. we don't count years as you do). After locating the system and planet it took many more years to develop the planet for life as you now know it.

"I am well aware that your scientists think that your creator could not create the heavens and earth in six days, as the Old testament proclaims. They don't realize that the planet was prepared for you in our seven days which are measured on a different scale of time.

"As you know your planet had to develop thru many stages for you to have the atmosphere that would be safe for you and have the right plants and animals to sustain your life, which is quite delicate. The planet that you have is very young by our standards.

"We would not permit you to have the capability to destroy you planet, only your Creator has that power. I know that many of your scientist think that your emissions such as carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide are destroying the atmosphere. Those gases have been around for millions of years, some in far greater amounts than you have now. Carbon dioxide feeds your planet it balances its nature. As for the carbon monoxide caused by you, has not been around long enough to destroy the atmosphere. You started putting out carbon monoxide about two hundred and fifty years ago, then your countries and cities were in their manufacturing infancies. Scotland, Ireland, England, France and Italy were the first to industrialize, using first wood then coal. Later, China, Japan and Russia. Those countries at that time were not putting out enough carbon monoxide to even start to damage the worlds atmosphere, although they did poison there own atmospheres, sadly causing many deaths.

"As of right now your planet is safe, You humans have not and will not have the power to destroy your planet. "Keep the faith".

With that he vanished.
