In my last interview with the Angel, the Angel was explaining that the ten commandments was not for us Gentiles. I felt I should explain that the commandments are good and in many cases necessary.
The commandments were given to the Israelites, when they were wandering and Moses was on Mt. Sinai, they fell into disarray and felt the Lord had left them. The Lord was totally angry with them and told Moses, that he will consume them, Moses begged the Lord to let him deal with them. The Lord gave the commandments and he admonished them and presented the commandments. They were given to the Jews, not Gentiles.
We Gentiles liked the commandments and incorporated them in our church doctrine, we also based many of our laws on them. The first four are good for the churches; you shall have no other gods before me, you shall not make for yourselves any images to bow down to and worship, you should not take the name of the Lord your God in vain and remember the sabbath day and keep it holy.
What I am saying is the commandments are well and good but for your salvation may not be necessary. Most of us have a hard time making it through life without breaking most of them. As in Romans 3- 9 "What then? Are we Jews any better off? No, not at all; for I have already charged that all men, both Jews and Greeks, (Greeks meaning all other races) are under the power of sin, as it is written: "None is righteous, no, not one; no one understands, no one seeks for God.
Praise God our Heavenly Father for Jesus Christ, who has saved us all from sins against our God.
I asked Manchester if he has anything to add?
"There are some Churches that place the commandments too high up and become oppressive to their congregations, that tends to make Christ less powerful, they don't realize that Christ power removes the law! The law cannot separate you from your God. You can only trespass against each other, not your God, Christ has saved you."
With that he vanished.
